Cheesy Beer Bread

Things you will need:
-2 Bottles of Beer
-6 cups of Flour
-1 tbsp. Baking Powder
-1 tsp. Salt
-Grated Cheese
-Block Cheese
1. Mix all ingredients together except for the block cheese and beer. Once the dry ingredients are mixed well, add the beer and mix it in.
2. Preheat your oven to 375F. Cut up your block cheese into little squares.
3. Knead your dough, you will probably need to add more flour so that it isn't so sticky. Once it's been kneaded well, flatten it and start folding the cheese blocks into it. Keep folding and adding more blocks of cheese.
4. Once you're happy with how the cheese is spread out, roll it into a log and sprinkle some shredded cheese on top.
5. Cook for about 45 minutes. You may have to cut the loaf in half to check if it's fully been cooked.
Enjoy it warm with some butter it is delicious :)
